“THE MEAT MARKET” ON EVERY TUESDAY NIGHT
W Taipei’s the kitchen table is presenting on every Tuesday evening “The Meat Market,” the best BBQ dinner buffet in town.
Prepare for a pageant of meat and ensure you are famished before you visit the kitchen table on Tuesday night. As the restaurant
is offering an opportunity to dine on US prime quality steaks continuously and the city’s finest cuts of meat all you can eat.
A new fridge is set next to the entrance of the kitchen table restaurant with 6 kinds of handcrafted Cold Cuts and 7 kinds of
cheese to start with. The grilled chicken and lamb from the Tandoor were marinated with chili, yoghurt, coriander powder, curry,
caraway seeds, and Chef’s secret herbs to make them more flavorsome. To fire up your appetite, a blazing outdoor urban BBQ
keeps things hot with an array of grill platters with US Prime beef New York cut, rib eye, filet mignon, flank, pork chop,
tenderloin, sirloin cutlet, belly and BBQ ribs, salmon fillet, cod fillet, jumbo prawn and half shell scallop. Guests can give
the token with their table number to the chefs, let them know your preferences and the chefs will cook them a la minute. Guests
can help themselves and make their own sauce and choose their side dishes at the S&S Station set in-doors to make the whole
experience more fun.
One can never miss out the two signature dishes of Roasted Ribeye with rosmary, garlic, roasted potato, Yorkshire pudding and black
truffle jus, and Roasted Pork Knuckle with caraway seed, garlic, sauerkraut, apple jam and sweet potato crispy at the Carving Station.
